Samsung S20 Ultra
Design and display
The Samsung S20 Ultra is massive, make no mistake. The huge 6.9 inches dynamic 2x AMOLED display comes with the infinity O center punch-out design to accommodate the front-facing camera, achieving a screen to body ratio of 89.9%.
The bezels and chin are visibly reduced, and with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate screen, the best available in the market, the screen feels like butter.
Performance
The SoC in the Samsung S20 Ultra comes in 2 variants. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 for the US and the new in-house Exynos 990 for the rest of the globe. The GPU comes in either Adreno 650 for the US or the Mali G77 MP11 for the global edition. It comes with a massive 12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of UFS3.0 mass storage on board.
Camera
The camera in the Samsung S20 Ultra has that wow effect, the results are nothing short of impressive. At default, the 108mp camera uses a 9-to-1 binning system, compressing the images to a manageable 12mp.
Battery
Unlike the flagships before it, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with the huge 5000 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, a welcome addition in support of the battery hungry 120Hz screen and monstrous camera module.
Software
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra comes with the newest OS iteration, Android 10 based One UI 2.1. this comes with a more fluid and simplified experience, less bloatware but more in-house Samsung productive apps.
